What can I expect at my appointments?

Each appointment will include a review of your current symptoms and any changes since your last visit. Based on how your symptoms are resolving, the remainder of the appointment will involve a tailored, unique plan to address your remaining symptoms with hands on treatment to ensure your care plan is progressing towards the goals that are important to you.
Do I need a referral from my physician?

You do not need a referral from your physician to be seen at Elevate Physical Therapy! You can call us and get an appointment set up right away. Direct Access in Oklahoma allows treatment for 30 days before needing a physician referral, so we can get you started on the path to healing as soon as possible.
